Mental Health and Well-Being Webinar Series

Dear HDSB staff,

As our government continues to loosen isolation restrictions, and our physical educational sites remain closed for the remainder of the year. The uncertainty we are all experiencing poses many challenges for us in our workplace and at home.

To support you, we have partnered with our EFAP (Morneau Shepell) to provide a mental health and well-being webinar series, for you and your family members. The themes of the webinars are resilience, coping strategies and mental health in the workplace for people leaders. In addition to the well-being series, we have included a 30-minute webinar from Tandia FC on financial well-being.

The EFAP webinars are available until August 24, 2020, at your convenience.

You can access the webinars through the “ACCESS HERE” buttons under each of the descriptions with the password “webinarhdsb” and on the Halton District School Board site – myHDSB, under Health and Wellness.
